Rotterdam, city of inspiration.
I met some guys from Rotterdam on a slow boat to Laos and all they said about the place was how everyone would smoke "all day, everyday - weed on the way to school, weed at recess, skipping class for weed, weed after school, weed before bed... all day everyday". They were fun. I spent my last night in Bangkok with them and my girls. We got very drunk, then went for a joint.
